I arrived in the Web3 space a few months ago… in the worst possible timing.
Crypto prices are dropping, the NFT market is even worse, and every foundation and company is desperately pivoting to onchain finance and DeFi because the ROI and use cases were easier to sell (it’s not a bad thing tho).
Also, I was told onchain gaming was dead. I was told hackathons and bounties were drying up, becoming completely unprofitable for builders. And once again, is it a bad thing?
Money needs to be put on good things.
I am a marketing and business development guy, but also an ex-tech. If there is one thing I know how to do, it’s sniffing out real potential and surrounding myself with highly competent people… because I cannot sell bad sh*t, and neither should you.
That is exactly why I believe in what we are doing at zKorp.
Lost in the sea
When I joined the team in September 2025, I was genuinely lost. I have worked in tech for nearly ten years, counselling countless tech companies about their sales and marketing strategies, creating content for them too, but I knew almost nothing about crypto, let alone its highly technical niches.
When the team first started talking to me about what they are building with FHEvm and Zama, I understood absolutely nothing. Fully Homomorphic Encryption? Sure, sounds like a cool name for sure… but what does it do?
But mostly, the true pain point of the team before I came was: “How do we grow smartly, deliver better for our clients, and build deep technical credibility in the ecosystem… right in the middle of a crypto winter?”
Structuring the chaos
I think (tell me if I’m wrong) the Web3 ecosystem lacks rigor, structure, and clear commercial positioning. My first work with the team was to break that “solo builder in a basement” image.
We structured our sales deck, shipped a website that actually makes sense (with a pretty good easter egg I have to mention), and stabilized our sales process.
Where I also bring value is through video and live content creation. Providing coherent, well-produced content tied to clear business objectives instantly gave the company a solid, credible image.
What we achieved since September 2025
Despite the actual market context, here is what we have accomplished together:
- Pioneering onchain privacy: we are among the first team builders specializing in privacy, creating apps and contributing to cutting-edge technical stacks.
- Brand authority: we have built an increasingly relevant brand presence, generating new commercial opportunities with both our current clients and emerging players.
- Growing the squad: we grew the team from 4 to 6 people, and we are soon welcoming our 7th (lucky number!!).
- Bringing solid content to the ecosystem: we added high-impact content creation to our hardcore technical expertise. This allows us to highlight the projects we work on while building loyal communities for our clients’ tech stack.
We have been invited to major crypto events, including Argentina, and we will be at Cannes to participate in the Zama Builder Villa and speak on an onchain gaming panel.
Still building for onchain gaming too
We continue to invest in onchain gaming by improving the experience (my very first Web3 game, btw), while developing our own projects in the ecosystem…
All of this while staying at the absolute cutting edge of Web3 technology!
