Long-term marketing leadership and precise targeting through quality live shows

Lior Agency is an AI dev agency and Google Cloud partner that knows its craft but has no time left for the rest. What I brought was organisation and reuse in content and commercial approach, not more content volume.

What it proves
Proves long-run marketing leadership of an established tech company, with a recurring format designed, hosted, produced and industrialised by the same person.

Your team is capable, but you no longer have a minute to spare for anything beyond delivery? Your commercial presence is below where it should be? Let’s talk!

They were run off their feet, and needed help to grow

The technical subject is mastered, the references exist, the underlying message is solid, and nobody ever needed to remind them of that.

The problem was the time and energy available, whatever is left late in the evening after delivering every client project of the day, when there isn’t much left. Marketing actions scattered in every direction, none tied to a written business objective, and nothing that got reused. Every piece of content died the day it was published, and nothing was reused commercially either.

From editorial framing to reusing the formats created

Live became the heart of the setup, the one thing the rest of the editorial calendar now organises around, from sourcing topics to cutting short formats that keep running months after broadcast. Not a one-off event: a lead magnet that feeds your pipeline continuously. The registrant list goes straight to your sales team, who work it. The live has a function in your pipeline, not just in your company’s image.

You might wonder who still watches an AI webinar in 2026, after years of interchangeable content on the subject, produced by companies who often never built anything themselves before talking about it. Each episode targets a different person and a different decision moment. The CIO who has to justify an AI investment to their board. The sales lead who needs concrete client proof to close. The agency leader who wants to stay visible without spending their own time on it. This is not a series about AI. These are four distinct commercial angles.

And the live is produced, not improvised. The scenes are built, I run the control desk myself, with my own equipment. I am in front of the microphone and behind the camera at the same time. A prep document works as a cheat sheet, and the live has to stay a conversation, the kind your prospects actually want to listen to until the end. Not another PPT deck or a poorly produced Loom.

The technical side runs at the same time as the hosting. That’s what removes the cost of a production contractor on every episode, by the way…

A forty-five minute live does not end as a replay nobody watches

The live is pre-cut from the design stage, so your clips exist before the shoot even happens. Short formats are then extracted through a chain I built: local transcription, cutting, burned-in subtitles, export. You don’t touch any of it, they land in your publishing calendar on their own.

This is the concrete link between marketing leadership and tooling. The same setup is designed, hosted, produced and industrialised by the same person, for you. An agency does not write code. A technical contractor does not think about distribution. I do both.

Carrying the company’s message in public
